When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, company (optional), phone number, email address, enquiry category and message. These details are used only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss the work you have described.

The form sends your enquiry to our company mailbox by email through an email delivery (SMTP) provider. The website itself does not store enquiries in a database. Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox for as long as they are needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records.

To limit abuse, the server briefly keeps the network address of a request in memory to restrict repeated submissions. It is not written to a database.

Telephone and email links open your own phone or email application. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, a service operated by a third party under its own privacy policy. Information you share through these channels is used to respond to you.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this website rather than loaded from an external font service.

If you change the light or dark theme, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It is not sent to us.

The website is hosted on Vercel. As with any web host, its servers process standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect the service.

You can ask us to correct or delete an enquiry you have sent, or ask what information we hold about you, by contacting us using the details above.

If our data handling changes — for example if analytics are added — this page will be updated before the change takes effect.
